Refund policy

 

★ Due to all items being made to order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind. ★ 

Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is deemed to have a major fault, including instances where you didn't enter the correct personalisation, don't like the colours chosen, print size is inappropriate.

If you are unsure of how to order please contact us and we can assist with your order to ensure it looks how you need it to. 

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED WHEN:

• A product is received faulty
• A product is lost in the mail

Please be aware that the colours shown on your screen may differ ever-so-slightly from the colour of your actual prints due to the many differences in screen resolutions you may be viewing from.
